Jet Fighter is one of only a few companies in the world providing its customers with the opportunity to experience the thrill of a flight in a high performance ex-military jet. The only other countries that currently offer this experience to civilians are South Africa, the Ukraine and Slovakia.

Originally known as International Fighter Flight Centre, Jet Fighter was established in Port Macquarie in 1996 by local business man and well known pilot extraordinaire Mr. Rodney Hall. With 35 years and over 8000 hours flying experience which includes everything from commercial charters and professional aerobatic performances to numerous flying awards and championship wins in the dangerous and fast paced sport of pylon racing in Tasmania. Rods abundant skill and enthusiasm for aviation saw him wanting to take his endeavours to the next level - flying ex-military fighter jets!

Jet Fighter was formed in Rod's home town on the Mid North Coast at the well known tourist destination of Port Macquarie. A cover story featuring on channel Nine's lifestyle program "Getaway" helped to launch the exciting new venture.

Jet Fighter now have people coming from all over Australia and the world to take part in this once in a life time experience. Passengers can witness extreme speeds up to 800kmph, experience amazing G-forces and a host of military combat manoeuvres and tactical aerobatics.

This selection of aircraft hand picked by Rod allows Jet Fighter to cater for everyone, from the armchair scenic flight to the ultimate top gun attack mission. Jet Fighter has operated in NSW from Newcastle through to Lismore (northern NSW) airports, (servicing Southern Queensland) since 1996 with its complement of ex- military aircraft. One of our most popular locations is Australia's premier F-18 Hornet Fighter Base at Williamtown in NSW, due mainly to its proximity to Sydney, scenic location of Nelson Bay and Port Stephens and of course the chance to operate alongside the fighter aircraft of today.
